(Junior) Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

The challenge
We’re a team of 220+ talented individuals developing best-of-breed DXP solutions for B2C and B2B businesses. Our small and international Marketing team is spread across Germany (Berlin)  and Portugal (Porto): you will work in a full hybrid set-up with ownership of your time management and project delivery. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is well-organized, adaptable, and energetic. The ideal fit would be a self-starter with a passion for driving pipeline growth through events, our number one lead gen pillar, and digital marketing initiatives.

  • You will support the localised implementation of our event strategy across EMEA, UK and US
  • You will help promoting events by creating event-related landing pages, email marketing campaigns and graphic assets
  • You will be responsible for lead generation flow set ups, using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Eventbrite
  • You will manage webinars from A to Z, from webinar infrastructure and speakers’ coordination to webinar promotion and lead generation activities   
  • You will create or brief our external designer to create graphic deliverables and push them on relevant channels (website, Eventbrite, Zoom, email invitations, etc)
  • You will assist the logistical implementation of our annual Developer Conference and Customer Event
  • You will coordinate the production of merchandise for events
  • You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to make the event strategy a success
  • You will be responsible for certain Marketing Ops duties and support the whole team when needed
You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager of International Events and Partner Marketing.
What you offer
  • Based in Hamburg Area, hybrid work & willing to go to the office and to events
  • 3+ years of Event Management and Digital Marketing experience, ideally for an international B2B Software company
  • Experience in implementing event and conference strategies
  • Experience with Asana, Eventbrite, Salesforce, HubSpot and Canva or similar tools are strongly preferred
  • Experience implementing lead generation workflows 
  • Experience maintaining content on corporate website  
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize
  • Experience managing third party vendors including agencies and contractors
  • Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for innovative technology topics as well as a strong understanding of customer and market requirements, trends and developments in the software industry
  • Results-driven and hands-on mentality
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible mindset to welcome changes and new projects calmly and efficiently
  • Availability to travel to events if necessary
