The challenge
• Manage the budgeting process of Portuguese entity and support in the global budgeting process; • Monthly (ad-hoc) financial analysis to support decision-making and ensure financial stability; • Manage the monthly CCR (Cost Center Reports) reporting process and work closely with department owners on cost variance analysis; • Manage the monthly rolling 12 month forecast for Portuguese entity and support on global monthly rolling 12 month forecast process; • Profitability studies, cost analyses, implementation of regular cost review schemes; • Set up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports and analysis for Portuguese entity and support on global KPI reporting and analysis; • External Financial reporting (shareholders, banks and other); • Update monthly Executive Leadership Team (ELT) dashboards; • Responsibility for the monthly closing and Portuguese management accounts; • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and budgeting; • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
What you offer
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred; • Having 5-7 years’ experience in a finance role; • Experience in SaaS industry preferable • Portuguese GAAP knowledge; • IFRS knowledge preferable; • Advanced Excel skills; • Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
