What you will do
  • Plan, organise and monitor the smooth running of the office’s life;
  • Assist in managing office supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels and timely ordering;
  • Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external suppliers, ensuring efficient communication;
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner;
  • Organize documentation;
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment;
  • Help monitor maintenance needs and liaise with service providers as necessary;
  • Contribute to improving office procedures and promoting a positive workplace culture;
  • Support to other teams with the daily needs of the organization (e.g., event planning and organizational culture initiatives).
What you bring
  • Knowledge in the administrative area or office management;
  • Knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Experience in creating reports and managing information;
  • Capable of solving problems and having a proactive attitude;
  • To be a perfectionist and always have a professional attitude;
  • Good communication skills in English.
