The challenge
  • Translate customer needs and objectives into clear project goals and deliverables aligned with CoreMedia company goals;  
  • Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients, serving as a reliable advisor and advocate for their needs and objectives;  
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure prompt and successful delivery of customer initiatives;  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements;  
  • Proactively identify risks and issues that may impact project success, and develop mitigation strategies as needed;  
  • Monitor and report on customer success metrics to ensure that CoreMedia is delivering maximum value to clients;  
  • Contribute to the evolution of customer success processes and best practices. 
 
What you offer
  • Preferably a university degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field;
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within digital marketing, preferably in customer success or account management;  
  • Experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing;  
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;  
  • A proactive mindset with a keen interest in questioning 'why';  
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish. 
  • Ability to interact effectively with other team members and be a team player 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Curiosity and interest in innovation and technology
